Authors must submit a short paper of four to five pages in length according to the paper template available here.
The paper should correspond either to a completed or finished research or to preliminary results of ongoing research.
- Only original contributions will be accepted. Papers must not have been published before, and not be under review for other conference or publication.
- All papers accepted will be published in the conference proceedings with ISBN (some papers may not be published in the proceedings if asked by the corresponding authors).
- Authors of selected papers will be invited to extend the paper for publication in international journals associated with the conference.

Instruction for presentation
Presenting Authors should prepare a 10-minute presentation with a recommended maximum number of 15 slides and send us the file of your presentation until October 31 to firstname.lastname@example.org. The presentations will be followed by a 5-minute discussion.
Presenting authors should be present in the room 10 minutes before the beginning of the session.
The EEiC2023 proceedings are now available here for registered participants of the conference.
Papers that are based on work done and presented primarily by one or more students are eligible for the Best Student Paper Award. Authors of submissions that fit these criteria will be contacted regarding award nominations.
High quality papers that are approved and presented at the EEIC 2023 will be invited to submit an extended version for a Special Issue of the associated journal Energies (open access journal; impact factor 3.2; citescore 5.5) or Heliyon (open access journal; impact factor 4; citescore 2.1).
The final decision for paper publication will be made based on peer review reports by the Journal.
